This interesting Indian and occasionally Chinese restaurant sits in a very old, by Balinese standards, joglo (a traditional home originating in Java).
It’s a great place to dine with friends or colleagues, with lots of shared plates and some naan bread to soak up all the flavours.
We like sitting in the garden here, but if you’re in the mood for some air conditionin,g then you will find the indoor seating more to your taste.

They have two menus at Watu: a regular menu and an indulgent menu. So, if you’re looking to push the boat out, this is as good a time as any.
Having said that, many people will find the regular menu at this posh resort steakhouse pretty expensive to begin with.
There’s no doubt that this is one of the finest steakhouses on the island, though, and we love to come here when we’re bored with fresh seafood and want some serious beef.
