FINNS Beach Club, Bali – The World’s Best Beach Club

FINNS is situated on the paradise island of Bali in the resort town of Canggu, and it’s considered, by those in the know, to be the best beach club in the world.

It’s home to some amazing oceanfront infinity pools, fantastic restaurants, non-stop entertainment and the best sunset on the planet.

There’s a reason that around 1 in 6 international visitors to Bali go to FINNS, and that’s because FINNS is head and shoulders, the best at what it does.

Bali is home to more than 100 beach clubs, but it’s FINNS that people dream of when they’re not on the island.

The Peligoni Club, Zakynthos, Greece – Family Friendly Fun

They don’t party at The Peligoni Club; in fact, this family-friendly place is all about all-inclusive fun for people from every age group.

We love their visiting chef program, and you often find that they have a pop-up from a major name during your visit.

The wellness workshop program is also a nice touch, and it helps to ensure you spend your summer staying fit and living well.

Address: Agios Nikolaos, Volimes, Ag. Nikolaos 290 91, Greece

Online: Peligoni

The Bodrum Edition, Turkey – Aegean Coast Party Palace

This spot on the Aegean Sea is very much the sort of place where you book a private cabana and then enjoy live music by the water’s edge.

You’ll find that their regular DJs and amazing luxury environment attract everyone from holiday makers to rock stars.

No laid back beats here, it’s all about the party and with their view of the dramatic cliffs of the Aegean Coast, who can blame them?

Address: Dirmil, Balyek Cd. No 5A, 48400 Bodrum/Muğla, Türkiye

Byblos Beach Ramatuelle, France – Sustainable Seaside Beach Club

Set on the impeccable Pampelonne Beach, this is one view of the Atlantic Ocean that you’re never going to forget.

This club’s biggest attraction is that it’s fully sustainable. It is packed away each Winter and leaves no trace of itself on the sand at all.

They also have a firm no-plastic policy and nice touches like driftwood tables. Their fresh seafood (though sadly without any deep-fried scorpion fish) is excellent too.

Address: 42 Bd Patch, 83350 Ramatuelle, France

Online: Byblos Beach

One&Only Kéa Island, Greece – Getting Away From The Athens Riviera

Forget the tired old Athens Riviera and hit up the pristine beaches of Kea Island in Greece, instead.

One&Only is an ideal place for direct access to the sand and a place to park your flip flops by the water’s edge as you chill for the day in preparation for a night full of partying.

Atria, the One&Only’s onsite restaurant, is one of the best places to eat in Greece. Their chefs rival those in private villas along the French Riviera.

Six Senses Ibiza, Spain – Luxurious Beach Club And Wellness Resort

While many beach clubs have a certain similarity to the beach bars of old, this beach club is all about healthy living.

It’s on the Northern tip of Ibiza and has an incredible vantage point above the local Cala Xarraca Bay.

Between dips in the swimming pools, you’ll be offered some incredible food and drink and the chance to work out in a way that suits you.

La Caseta, Barcelona, Spain – A Members-Only Chic Beach Club

This is a members-only beach club, and it’s very far removed from the beach bar roots of the club scene.

But while you will need a membership to this day club if you want to use a sun lounger on the golden sands of the beach, you can visit their restaurant as a non-member.

It’s worth doing as La Caseta is a great place to enjoy amazing dishes with a view over the private beach here.

Address: Av. de Josep Tarradellas, 123, Planta 9, Distrito de Les Corts, 08029 Barcelona, Spain

Uxua Casa, Trancoso, Brazil – Private Beach Bliss

This is one of the most casual setups that you’ve ever seen, and you might mistake it for a downmarket place at first glance.

But don’t – Uxua Casa is an amazing place for private cabanas, private villas, water sports, live music events and much more.

We love that they have VIP service, as they provide yoga instruction on the sands in the early morning.

Address: Praça São João Batista – Trancoso, Porto Seguro – BA, 45810-000, Brazil

Beach Rouge, Grand Baie, Mauritius – Kelly Hoppen’s Beach Club

Beach Rouge is one of the very few clubs on our list that is tucked away inside a resort. It’s a bit like Potato Head Beach Club in Bali in that respect.

It was designed by Kelly Hoppen and the layout is meant to seize the viewer’s attention from the moment that they walk in the door.

You’ll find they have lovely sunset views here and the bleached wood furniture under the palm trees provides an ideal spot for people watching on your next holiday.

Address: LUX* Grand Baie, MU, Coastal Road, Grand Baie 30510, Mauritius

Maçakizi, Bodrum, Turkey – Chilling With The Elite On Sun Kissed Shores

If you have always wanted to rub shoulders with the people who make a country move, this is the place to go.

It’s the sort of hangout that attracts billionaires, their families and those who know them.

If you’re in the mood for a long, relaxing day in the summer heat of Turkey, you will find that this beach club is a great place to cool off.

Ellery Beach House, Stockholm, Sweden – A Unique Beach Club Experience

No, we wouldn’t normally expect to find a beach club in Sweden, either, but before you dismiss the idea, the Swedish summer is more than warm enough to enjoy some time at Ellery.

It also has a very unique feel and contrasts very nicely with the cities that it sits just outside of.

Address: Elfviks udde, 181 90 Lidingö, Sweden

Sublime Comporta Beach Club, Comporta, Portugal – This Beach Club Brings A Bit Of Everything

This is part of a larger complex on Carvalhal beach that includes a resort and spa owned by the Sublime Group.

It’s a very luxurious space, and you’re going to find that it’s a great spot for fashionistas.

However, it’s only open fully in peak season (that’s June to September) so be sure to book your VIP Cabana carefully.

Beach Club Hvar – Hvar, Croatia – A Classic Beach Club With Pedigree

This is one of the most glamorous clubs in Europe, and it’s also extremely family-friendly.

Given that Croatia can get a bit chilly at certain times of the year, it’s only open from June to September and they will close down if it rains even in that time period.

Address: Šetalište Tonija Petrića 3, 21450, Hvar, Croatia

Online: Beachhvar

Le Club 55, Saint-Tropez, France – A Long Way From A Traditional Beach Bar

Club 55 may have drawn some inspiration from Nikki Beach over the years, but it’s now one of the most famous beach clubs on Earth.

It sits on Pampelonne Beach in the spot where once a humble beach hut canteen for the movie “And God Created Woman” was situated.

Now, it’s full of the A-List movers and shakers from Hollywood and us mere mortals must book a very long time in advance for a seat. It’s worth it.

Address: 43 Bd Patch, 83350 Ramatuelle, France

Online: Club 55

Alemagou, Mykonos, Greece – Sophisticated Vibes

If you’re looking for a club where you can dress up and look your sophisticated best among folks of a similar mindset, this is your place.

But be warned, if you don’t come in the Summer, this beach club shuts down a lot of the facilities and it’s not as fun as it could be.

Address: Greece, Mykonos, Greece

Online: Alemagou

DK Oyster, Mykonos, Greece – A Seriously Upmarket Affair

They are all about the seafood and champagne at this high-end spot on Platys Gialos Beach.

Think satiny oysters, the freshest and most tender crab, seafood straight off the boat and lashings of caviar. You will have to pay a steep premium for it, but we think it’s most definitely worth it.

Address: Πλατύς Γιαλός 846 00, Greece

Azura Peri-Peri Beach Club, Mozambique – Remote Island Beach Club Luxury

We love to get away from it all when we visit a beach club, and what could be better than a club on its own remote island?

This beach bar and grill has its own private beachfront and some of the finest mixologists on Earth. Getting there is hard, being there is super easy.

Address: Benguerra Island, Mozambique

Online: Azura

Atzaro Beach, Ibiza, Spain – Balearic Bliss

This is another club that pays more than lip service to sustainability, and sustainable design can be found throughout the grounds.

It’s a nice place to hang out, and the food is awesome. It’s a bit of a pity though, that there are some clubs in Ibiza with better views than Atzaro, or it would be the leading club on the island.

Address: Playa, Av. Cala Nova, s/n, 07849, Balearic Islands, Spain

Online: Atzaro

Le Sereno Al Mare, St Barths – Quirky But Awesome

They only speak Italian in this club in a French enclave in the Caribbean, but if you can get past that, this is a very nice place.

It’s for the truly rich, who aren’t at all famous, it’s laid back, elegant and the onsite restaurant serves food that’s to die for.

Address: 97133, St Barthélemy

Online: La Sereno

La Réserve à la Plage, Ramatuelle, France – Not At All Casual But Very Relaxed

This is a seriously upper-crust beach club, and you can expect to see a few famous faces at this spot on Pampelonne Beach.

However, it’s worth the expense and wait list to eat at La Voile, their onsite restaurant, which is managed by a Michelin-starred chef.

Address: Chem. de l’EPI, 83350 Ramatuelle, France

Online: La Réserve

What Is The Number One Beach In The World?

This is probably the most subjective question possible, given that “best beach” really depends on what you want out of a beach.

Some people want a remote, isolated beach with no one else around. Some need golden sands while others prefer the natural beauty of black sands. And so on…

So, we’re going to turn to CNN and Tripadvisor’s recent 2025 beach rankings, in which they placed Elafonissi Beach in Crete as the best beach in the world.

We’d be happy to argue for a few beaches here in Bali, mind you. This island has some very pleasant beaches, indeed.

Is FINNS The Best Beach Club In The World?

We’ve already answered this above, but yes, we believe that if you want the best beach club, FINNS is the place to be.

With over 1.6 million visitors a year, it would be hard to find a more popular club, that’s for sure.

What Is The World’s Largest Beach Club?

Sirene by GAIA is the world’s largest beach club, and it’s in Dubai. It occupies 9,000 square meters of beachfront and dominates the beach club landscape in the emirate.

It is said to be inspired by the Sirens of Greek mythos, empowering the beauty and power of music to move people. There are many beach clubs around the world that claim to be the largest beach club, but in terms of size, Sirene by GAIA has the title.

Final Thoughts On Beach Clubs Around The World

So, there you have it, 20 of the most luxurious beach clubs on Earth and don’t worry, you don’t have to break the bank to enjoy an amazing beach club experience.
